Opening Dates

Yeatheridge Farm Camping and Caravan Park will be open from 15th March until the 12th November. Advance booking is essential particularly for weekends, bank holidays and during July and August.

We have minimum stays for touring caravans and motor homes for the following dates:

  • 5 nights for Easter and May half term
  • 3 nights for May bank holiday weekend and October half term
  • 4 nights for main 6 weeks school holidays
  • Saturday to Saturday bookings only on large grass pitches in Woodland Meadow for the 6-week summer school holidays
  • All premium pitches are Mondays and Fridays arrival and departures only
  • 2 nights for all other dates

    Booking Arrangements

    Bookings can now be made online. At time of booking full contact details and a deposit payment of £10 per night will be required, with the balance being payable one month before arrival.

    Touring Caravans

    We welcome touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents to our site in the lovely countryside of mid Devon. All our pitches have electric hook ups available and our electric is supplied on a pre-paid meter system via an app that can be downloaded on your smart phone or contact reception to make payment if you do not have this facility.

    Our basic charge includes 2 people with 1 car and awning. A 10% discount for booking 6 consecutive nights or more during high season and 15% discount when booking in low season.

    Large motor caravans and RVs should phone our reception first to confirm availability.

    Sorry we do not allow single sex groups or unsupervised young groups (under 21).

    Gazebos, extra cars and pup tents are allowed and are charged extra. Pup tents should not exceed 1.8m (L) x 1.2 (W) x 1.1 (H)

    Holiday Homes

    We have a lovely range of modern holiday homes available which we hire out on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. These are carefully sited to offer you the lovely views across the spectacular mid Devon countryside.

    We require a £100 deposit per week when booking our holiday homes with the balance payable two months in advance.

    We have three 3 bed holiday homes that can accommodate up to 6 people, one of these we allow dogs. We have one 2 bed holiday home which can accommodate up to 4 people. All having double glazing, central heating, integrated kitchen appliances including dish washers. Weekly bookings are available throughout the year from Saturday to Saturday. Price includes gas & electricity. Pets are only allowed in the Morchard caravan and smoking is not allowed in any of the hire caravans. Linen and towels are provided but we would advise you to bring extra towels if you are planning to swim in the pools.
